Unfortunately, as a small business, we can not offer a Return Policy at this point

We are committed to providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products and services, we have a no-return policy.

2. Purchase Conditions

• All purchases are final. Please make sure you check the measurements and products features included in the product description, to avoid any misunderstanding or disappointment when you will receive your order.
• Delivered products cannot be returned.

3. Manufacturing Defects

• If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
• We will review your request and, if the defect is confirmed, we will discuss on how to proceed on a repair or another kind of compensation.

4. Exclusions

• Customized or promotional products are not eligible for return.
